Mr. Bashir Ahmad, he was born in Pakistan. He started his career in U.A.E since 1983 as operations supervisor in Khaleej Times, a renowned newspaper of U.A.E.
Because of his versatile personality and with an aim of development a service sector business, he established Al Faidhan General Maint L.L.C. in 2004.
He believe in professional business ethics and customers’ satisfaction with complying of total quality management throughout any project.

Mr. Saqib Nawaz, he was born in Pakistan. He holds Master’s degree in the field of Electrical Engineering.
He started his career as Electrical Engineer in 2015.He works on C-PEC project as assistant Manager (Electrical). He came in U.A.E and become a part of AL-Faidhan Team as a Project manager back in 2019.He is managing Dubai Airport Operations & Maintenance projects and other MEP related site projects.
He had Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and possess a wide range of technical skills. Enjoys being part of a team, as well as managing, motivating and training a productive team, and thrives in high pressure and challenging working environments.
