Al Faidhan General Maint L.L.C. is established in December 2004 under license issued by department of Economic Development, Government of Ajman, U.A.E. and having officially allowed work activities as follow related to Tinging and Painting works, Décor Works, Building Maintenance, Plastering Works & Electrical Construction.
Our company over the past 15 years has steadily grown to such an extent that we can now introduce ourselves as one of the company specialist in Maintenance and Construction projects.

Due to increase in business and potential growth, Al Faidhan has established Noor Al Faidhan Technical Services Branch in Dubai. We hired team from different nationalities and of professions to cope up requirements of our clients and to serve them efficiently.

CEO
He started his career in U.A.E since 1983 as operations supervisor in Khaleej Times, a renowned newspaper of U.A.E. & established Al Faidhan in 2004.
SAQIB NAWAZ
MANAGER
He holds Master’s degree in the field of Electrical Engineering. He started his career as Electrical Engineer in 2015. He is managing Dubai Airport Operations & Maintenance projects and other MEP related site projects.
